Duncan Names Mike Flaherty Chief Operating Officer

It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I welcome Mike Flaherty to Duncan, said Mike Nickolaus, President and Chief Executive Officer of Duncan Solutions. I have known Mike professionally and as a friend for over two decades, and I believe that Mikes addition to our team further demonstrates our organizations commitment to market leadership. We were searching for a candidate with deep industry knowledge and a consistent track record of delivering results for clients, shareholders, and staff. When Mike became available he was the obvious choice to complement our management team and help us manage our continued growth.

Flaherty brings over 25 years of experience in various management and senior management positions. Prior to joining Duncan Solutions, Flaherty served for nearly three years as Vice President and General Manager, State and Local Government for Pitney Bowes where he was responsible for developing the strategic path for integrating the companys technology, products, and services to address government client needs.

Prior to his tenure with Pitney Bowes, Flaherty played key leadership roles managing technology, public safety, and parking management programs for government and transportation clients for ACS and its predecessor organization Lockheed Martin. In those roles, Flaherty brought operational leadership to ACS government IT services and public safety businesses. Specific roles during Flahertys career included divisional Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Vice President of Municipal Services.
