New CEO Michel Guay to Lead Gtechna Into Next Growth Phase
Gtechna, a leading software developer of mobile solutions to automate law enforcement activities, announced today the appointment of Michel Guay as new President and CEO. Mr. Guay brings over 25 years of international business experience, including an impressive Information Communication Technology (ICT) background.
He joins gtechna from Radio IP Software, a developer of advanced mobile Virtual Private Network (VPN) solutions. Before that, he was President and CEO of Wavesat, a provider of WiMAX semiconductor for 6 years and led the company to significant International growth during his tenure. Before joining Wavesat, Mr. Guay was at Harris in Paris, France as General Manager and in Montreal in various other strategic positions all involving large International Wireless Telecom programs.
