Hill International Selected as Project Manager for New Al Rajhi Bank Headquarters Building in Riyadh
Hill International, the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that it has received a contract to provide project management services for the new Al Rajhi Bank headquarters building in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The three-and-a-half year contract has an estimated value to Hill of approximately SAR 9.6 million ($2.6 million).
The 44-story tower, designed by renowned architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, is expected to be completed by April 2014. When complete, the tower will contain approximately 77,000 square meters (832,000 square feet) of office space plus an adjacent six-story parking structure of approximately 69,000 square meters (743,000 square feet). Hill has completed the project design development strategy, and will now provide project management services for the completion of the design and during all construction phases of the project.
