Each transfer of a key costs a company money. In large plants, for example, it may be a long walk to the gatekeeper to pick up or return a key. The withdrawal of keys is only possible for persons authorised in advance using a transponder card. At the same time there is compatibility with popular access control systems so that no additional card is required beyond the company's existing access card. Following positive identification, the key for which the person has authorisation is released. The key is returned in the same way. The employee's card number, and the date and time are recorded electronically for every operation. In this way a record is generated of which employee  withdrew which key, tool or document, the time of withdrawal, and when it was returned. proxSafe systems are modular in design, can be extended as you need, and can be integrated into existing systems.
