Reporting to the Technical Product Director, you will promote and coordinate the development of projects in accordance with the technical and functional specifications defined, in order to guarantee the completion of the project in terms of scope, deadlines and cost.
Tasks:
You will coordinate and technically lead the execution of projects, both for new products and the introduction of new features.
You will lead the project development team (project teams can be made up of both internal collaborators and external providers).
You will review the functional specifications written by the Product Managers and you will write the corresponding technical specifications.
You will write the feasibility plans.
You will participate in the allocation of resources in agreement with the Technical Director, both in the framework of project execution and in the resolution of internal or market incidents.
You will participate in the Kick-off of the projects as a development leader.
You will inform the PMO of the development status of the projects assigned to it and you will co-lead the project follow-up meetings.
You will prepare the project deliverables: Schematics, technical documentation, code, generated binaries.
You will identify and communicate to the Prevention Officer (PRL) the occupational risks within the framework of a project or an action to correct incidents.
You will attend regular and extraordinary regular meetings called by the Technical Director of the area and in which technical managers of the management, QA manager and the Technical Product Manager participate.
You will collaborate with the QA manager of the technical direction in the process of review and continuous improvement of the engineering processes.
Knowledge of SolidWorks, SolidWorks Electrical, NAV, Matlab.
Experience in product development with a high component of electrical engineering, power electronics and equipment design to work outdoors: temperature management, forced ventilation, tightness (IP).
Experience in design under IEC product regulations and in CE marking under LVD, EMC and RED. Tests in external laboratories.
More than 5 years of experience in related sectors (electromechanical, machinery, product, automotive) and as the leader of a development team.
