What will your day to day life be like?

Its main objective is to offer good service and optimal resolution of incidents in terms of time, cost and quality.

Therefore, under the responsibility of the Head of International Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Contact the client for diagnosis or information collection.
  • Perform remote diagnostics and subsequent resolution of the case.
  • Prepare repair offers.
  • Plan on-site interventions.
  • Offer remote support to CSPs.
  • Validate costs per caseload and manage the second case.
  • Subcontracting of services and evaluation of CSPs.
  • Generate reports on market incidents.
  • Plan preventive maintenance.
  • Donate support during training or business events.
  • On-site assistance (L5).

Requirements

  • CFGM/CFGS Computer Science and/or Systems, Electricity, Electronics or similar.
  • At least 2 years of experience in after-sales departments.
  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally (20%-30% of the time approx.).
  • Advanced knowledge of English (demonstrable). Mastery of other European languages (French, Italian, German, etc.) is highly valued.
