What You’ll Do

  • Process and manage invoices – ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
  • Reconcile accounts – verify transactions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain financial accuracy.
  • Expense Handling - we use Skovik as the tool for that.
  • Support month-end closing – assist with reporting and ensure all payables are accounted for.
  • Liaise with internal teams & vendors – handle queries and ensure seamless communication.
  • Ensure compliance – follow company policies and financial regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Accounts Payable or finance – preferably in an international company.
  • Detail-oriented & organized – able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solver – proactive in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Strong communication skills – comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with ERP systems – Knowledge of Medius and Netsuite. (Nice to have)
