The Task

This is one of the rare opportunities to become part of a rapidly growing international technology company and to have the opportunity to build your own local team. Your specialist knowledge and experience will have a major impact on how we operate in the German B2B market.

You will be responsible for expanding the German B2B customer base, all associated sales channels, and building an effective sales team.

Your functional leadership lies with the Head of B2B Sales of the EasyPark Group while your local contact person is the Country Director Germany.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Development of a new B2B sales team (recruitment, onboarding, and coaching)
  • Building a strong sales culture that is in line with EasyPark's values (cooperative, caring, courageous, open to change, and customer-centric)
  • Maximize our net growth in the number of customers and sales
  • Comprehensive use of our CRM system including processes and methodologies
  • Strengthening the international team of sales managers through active membership and close collaboration with other EasyPark functions

About You

You think and act like an entrepreneur. You find the prospect of building a sales team and pushing growth in the B2B area in Germany very exciting. You lead teams with enthusiasm and you work with passion to help team members develop. In your role as a manager, you will be able to clearly formulate your expectations of the team, inspire the team to achieve top performance, and encourage and challenge each individual. You are goal-oriented and strong in implementation and you ensure that plans become implemented measures, which then effectively help to achieve the common goals. You are by nature a creative problem solver who draws on facts in order to develop suitable solution strategies.

Your Background

We can think of very different candidates, but a successful candidate could have:

  • Leadership experience - you take pride in developing and coaching your team
  • A comprehensive sales background from direct and/or indirect sales, preferably from a B2b context
  • Good language skills in German and English
  • Business studies or equivalent training
  • This role is based in Berlin or Hanover
