Within the HR team, in close proximity with the HR managers and directly in contact with the directors and managers of the various entities of the group, you will be in charge of actively participating in the identification of the talents of tomorrow.

Your main missions revolve around the management of recruitment projects and HR projects.
Understand and analyze the needs of operational staff. Establish the definition of the recruitment profile and propose for each expressed need the relevant sourcing strategy and the adequate distribution support.
Write and disseminate job offers, carry out sourcing, select candidates and carry out pre-qualification interviews. Participate in recruitment interviews. Finalize the process by validating the candidate's hiring.
Ensure a pro-active approach to monitoring recruitments with operational staff and candidates.
Support the HR team on employee experience development projects, particularly during the integration phase
Participate in the development of relationships between schools and business partners.
Participate in the development of internal communities of work-study students and Flowbird interns.
The evolving nature of the internship may eventually lead you to evolve on projects related to HR development.
You are preparing a bac + 4/5 in Human Resources. You have already completed a recruitment internship, ideally specialized in IT or trades related to industrial R&D.
You have good listening, interpersonal and editorial skills.
You are comfortable with the strategies of writing job offers, sourcing, and structured interviews. You are creative and proactive in presenting your ideas and putting them into practice.
Organization and thoroughness have no secrets for you, it is your personal qualities for which you are recognized.
You are comfortable working in project mode.
