As the Software Engineering Process Lead, you will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO), which is a centralized team of Project Managers supporting the product groups composing the Security Center (SC) ecosystem. The PMO orchestrates the releases of SC and ensures all software components are well aligned for a unified product launch.
You will be key in securing our development, validation, and delivery processes but also in ensuring we have key design rules and key metrics in place throughout the organization. As such you will interact with all the leadership levels of the organization, including the CEO.
You will work more closely with project managers from different product groups, with the development managers, and our System Integration Test team. This is a highly collaborative environment enabling creativity and teamwork.
You will be given coaching and guidance to succeed and excel at your work by a team of project managers and development managers that are very familiar with the Genetec ecosystem, technologies, and ways of working.
Onboarding is well organized, offering training about our vast array of products as well as training on processes used such as Kanban. This is a highly supportive group that thrives on everyone's success.
