As Software Project Manager for multi-product engagements, you will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO), which is a centralized team of Project Managers supporting the product groups composing the Security Center (SC) ecosystem. The PMO orchestrates the releases of SC and ensures all software components are well aligned for a unified product launch.
You will be key in securing proper scope, quality, timeline and very influential in the unification of processes and key performance indicators. As such you will interact with all the leadership levels of the organization but more closely with project managers from different product groups, development managers, and other services, such as customer support, marketing, technical documentation, and training.
The main purpose of this role is to secure intergroup dependencies in complex and special projects outside of the normal release cycle. This is a highly collaborative environment enabling creativity and teamwork.

What Your Day Will Look Like
Work with Directors, Development Managers, Project Managers from different Product Groups, and Sales Engineers, to identify and track key deliverables for special projects involving many product groups
Track the timeline, quality, and scope of Product Groups (PG) that are taking part in the special project
Ensure that the release Exit Criteria are met from all PG and lead the release approval process
Review and improve common practices and tools between the various PG
Work on improving our product's key performance indicators and dashboards
About You
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, having worked in complex application s/w delivery contexts
You have excellent communication, influential, and negotiation skills, and have a win-win approach
You have hands-on experience with application management tools such as TFS
You have solid experience in establishing and tracking s/w quality indicators in project delivery
You have used Agile or Kanban methodologies
You have been actively involved in the s/w development process definition and improvement
Great If You Have
Software development experience, such as programming using C#
Experience using Power BI and creation of dashboards
Experience in s/w testing and Quality Assurance
Knowledge of networking concepts, cloud infrastructures, and DevOps
Knowledge of GIT and understanding of builds, merges, and version branching concepts
