You could be part of a team that is renowned as the central knowledge hub for all of our software's core components, where you would be expanding your knowledge with the assistance of other team members to resolve the highest-profile and technically complex issues.
Your training would consist of virtual training courses given by our training team, followed by one on one sessions with each of our team members to explore our advanced troubleshooting techniques. To ensure your success, we have daily meetings altogether as well as weekly discussions with your direct supervisor.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Troubleshoot complex software issues in a Windows environment
Collaborate with R&D to resolve issues requiring a code change
Provide technical answers to other teams within the organization
Liaise with technical documentation team to propose and review necessary changes required by support
You are comfortable explaining technical concepts over the phone or by email
You have experience with advanced configuration and troubleshooting tools of Windows
You have used tools before to diagnose the cause of network issues
You've written or executed SQL queries before

The ability to speak and write in French and/or Spanish
