We are looking for a Sales Development Representative - ParkHub and Sales Development Representative - Bonfire

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at ParkHub is an entry-level position within our sales organization that will give you the knowledge, skills, and best practices to lay the foundation for a long, successful career in technology sales. You will support and be a vital player in ParkHub’s proven sales process, directly engaging prospects across the entire sales cycle. You will support our Account Executives, connecting with prospective customers and uncovering new sales opportunities for our Outside Sales teams. You will be on the front lines every day and as such, you must be comfortable talking to strangers, addressing questions and objections, effectively introducing prospects to our products and value proposition, and building our sales pipeline. While this is an “entry level” position, as you grow the position will grow with you. As your sales skills are developed you will assume larger responsibilities and have opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with Sales Management, Sales teams, and Marketing to provide lead generation and pipeline development support (i.e., lead generation)
  • Identify and engage prospective customers using outbound phone calls, emails, LinkedIn In Mails, etc.
  • Uncover and qualify new sales opportunities for ParkHub’s products and services
  • Schedule initial discovery/qualification calls with prospective customers and members of the ParkHub Outside Sales teams
  • Capture business intelligence from prospects via online research and/or direct communication to arm our Sales team for success (current parking operations, leadership structure, key initiatives, etc.)
  • Follow-up up with leads captured at trade shows and industry events
  • Support the Sales team on and perform product demos
  • Work closely and collaboratively with your Sales counterparts to develop target account lists, territory plans, and corresponding outbound strategies to open conversations and uncover new sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records in Salesforce, ensuring all opportunities are properly documented
  • Perform CPQ functions at the direction of the Sales team
  • Ensure that contract documents are flowing through our legal review and signing process

Requirements

Nice to Have (but not required)

  • Experience interacting with business-to-business prospects or clients preferred; includes fundraising, door-to-door sales, real estate, hospitality, customer service, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM
  • Experience with G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.)
  • Experience with sales automation (Salesforce High Velocity Sales, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree
