Passport is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner, Employee Engagement (we call the role an Employee Engagement Business Partner) to join the People Operations team (AKA: Human Resources Team). The Employee Engagement Business Partner role at Passport is focused on creating a culture of employee engagement supported by sound employee relations principles, manager effectiveness, and programming and brokering People Operations tools and services that create an amazing employee experience. In this role, you will primarily focus on helping managers achieve high success and collaborate heavily with your People Operations colleagues.
