At PowerGo you charge with 100% Dutch solar energy from the solar parks of PowerField . PowerField, the parent company of PowerGo, specializes in generating and storing solar energy. Since 2015, we have developed almost 1 gigawatt of solar parks. This corresponds to the annual energy consumption of more than 300,000 average households.

Your role

As a Client Success Manager at PowerGo, your work is visible both inside and outside the organization. Your role is a 40-hour per week position. You are involved in developing, realizing and maintaining our international charging network.

After a deal, you will take over from the Business Development team and will have a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs and guiding them to maximize the value and benefits of our charging solutions and services.

Your responsibilities are:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, being their primary point of contact for all post-sales activities.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and growth plans, creating a tailored solution to create upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and different departments to ensure deals are executed efficiently and meet customer expectations.
  • Define and implement best practices for customers to increase occupancy rates.
  • Analyzing data, creating customer reports and conducting evaluations to provide insights and suggest improvements to ensure an optimal charging experience for customers and EV users.
  • Effectively and timely address and resolve customer questions, concerns and technical issues.
  • Working on contract extensions by demonstrating the value and benefits of our charging solutions.
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates by continuously providing added value to our customers.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Project Management, Asset Management and Marketing & Communications to drive customer improvements.

Your profile

At PowerGo you work in a fast growing organization. It is important that you can work from different perspectives and have the following competencies:

  • You have completed a higher professional education (preferably commercial economics or a similar course).
  • You have at least 2-3 years of work experience in the same or a similar position.
  • You are available 32-40 hours per week.
  • You are able to maintain a good overview and structure and ensure that the right things are done at the right time.
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • You have a proactive attitude and work accurately.
  • You have experience in customer success, account management or customer relationship roles. In a start-up environment is a plus.
  • You have the ability to establish, strengthen and maintain purposeful business relationships.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence the behavior or opinions of others in a desired direction.
  • You have an analytical mindset to interpret data and provide insights.
  • You are proactive, a problem solver and have the ability to address customer concerns and tackle challenges.
  • You have a results-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction and retention.
  • You can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have an affinity with sustainable energy, the energy transition and electric driving.
  • You are proficient in CRM software such as HubSpot, Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.

For this position it is desirable that you live in the Netherlands and speak Dutch and English. Your location will be, depending on your place of residence, Wormer or Groningen. It is possible to work hybrid.
