What are you going to do?

Q-Park offers you the opportunity to become a Workplace Manager in an international environment.

As a Workplace Manager at Q-Park, you are responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliability of our computer systems. You ensure that all workplaces function optimally, and are the first point of contact for our users in case of technical problems. With your problem-solving approach and technical expertise, you support a smooth IT experience for all our colleagues.

Here's the most important thing in a nutshell:

  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, and integrate automation processes.
  • Investigate and resolve hardware and software problems through diagnostics and documentation of problems and solutions.
  • Prioritize reported issues and assess impact via our ITSM tool TopDesk.
  • Providing documentation and technical specifications for new or improved IT infrastructure.
  • Perform desktop and helpdesk support for issues with workstations, printers, smartphones and other devices.
  • Support with license renewals and management, including assistance with billing.
  • Provide 1st line support and act as the first point of contact for user questions.

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • MBO-4 diploma or Associate Degree/Bachelor in Computer Science, IT, Systems Management, or similar experience.
  • Experience in system administration and familiar with MS Office 365, MS Teams, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, and (Azure) Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell) and relevant IT certifications (Microsoft or network related fields) are a plus.
  • Certification in Intune or Microsoft Essentials is a plus.
