Following a successful bid and contract award, APCOA is delighted to be mobilising a new five-year contract with Landsec, encompassing seven key sites from within their lifestyle portfolio and including the flagship Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth, Trinity Leeds and Westgate Oxford.

In a competitive tender process, APCOA’s track record of delivering a high-quality customer service and enhanced commercial performance through an advanced digital product suite were central to the contract award.

APCOA’s digital Parkway suite will use state of the art software, control room monitoring and ANPR technology to simplify and enhance the ‘first and last’ parking experience for every customer. Additionally, APCOA’s car park management colleagues will be part of Landsec’s wider ‘Elevate’ initiative which aims to promote the exchange of good working practices and create a ‘One Team’ ethos among the various customer facing teams at each site.

Kim Challis, APCOA Managing Director added, “We are delighted to have the opportunity to strengthen this prestigious partnership with Landsec, positioning APCOA as a key partner of choice whose values align strongly with Landsec’s own customer centric approach”.
