What is Parking Network?

Constant growth at the Baltic Sea

Our parking partner in Estonia, Parkli HL in Rae Vald, which is situated near the capital Tallin, has built and moved into a brand-new, own company building.
The former premises have become too small. A relocation has become indispensable to ensure comfortable working conditions for the staff members as well as to maintain the excellent service.

The founder and proprietor Heino Livaak heads the company which has 20 employees. His wife Kaja and his son Sven are also part of the company. In 1996, two years after the foundation of Parkli HL, our paths crossed. Since then, our sales partner has been in charge of Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia and is now even testing the waters in Russia. The companys success is based on its variety, a diversified product portfolio such as tachographs, heating and cooling systems for vehicles, taxi meters and of course our Hectronic parking ticket machines. 140 machines have already been installed in the sales area of Parkli HL, including 23 machines of the Citea model which are equipped with card readers. Kleta Brugger, Hectronic Sales Parking, enjoys having meetings in Estonia with Parkli HL: It is really enjoyable to negotiate with Heino Liivak. He has such a nice, dry sense of humour. Most of the Citeas have been installed in the Lithuanian metropolis of Kaunas. The responsible persons of the city council, especially Algimantas Puidokas and Saulius Staskunas, are quite taken with the Hectronic machines there.

They appreciate the cooperation of many years and the reliability of the Parkli HL staff. Asking Heino Liivak referring to the cooperation with Hectronic, he explains: There are only good things to be said. The most important fundamentals for a good cooperation are given: Respect, regard and the fulfilment of the customers requests.
