ParkHub Acquires ElimiWait to Expand Its Parking Solutions Portfolio

ParkHub, a leader in North American parking software, announced its acquisition of ElimiWait, a software platform specializing in valet parking management. This move strengthens ParkHub's position as a comprehensive parking solutions provider by integrating ElimiWait’s valet management tools into its offerings.

Founded in 2013 by Darren and Brett Weiss, ElimiWait has built a reputation for scalable, SaaS-based valet solutions. Key products include Valet Mate, a contactless, paperless valet solution, and Request Ahead, a vehicle request platform. These solutions streamline operations and offer actionable insights for improved management and performance.
