About Peabody Place

The Peabody Place Retail and Entertainment Parking Garage is an approximately 1,600 space parking facility located to the east of the Peabody Place Retail and Entertainment Center at the corner of Third Street and Peabody Place Avenue in downtown Memphis, Tennessee. The Facility will be fully automated with 3 cash/credit pay on foot stations and 3 credit card only pay on foot stations.

The garage supports employees and patrons of the Peabody Place Retail and Entertainment Center as well as visitors to the Memphis Peabody Hotel, patrons of Beale
Street, AutoZone Park, FedEx Forum and other downtown attractions. Located in the heart of downtown Memphis, the complex offers visitors a one-stop-shop for fun and
excitement with a unique mix of entertainment, dining and shopping options unlike anything else in the region.

Anchored by the historic Peabody Hotel and only one block from legendary Beale Street, the Peabody Place Entertainment and Retail Center is a 300,000 square feet development. The Peabody Place Entertainment and Retail Center will boasts a wide variety of fun things to do, including the Muvico Peabody Place 22 Theater, a 22-screen movie megaplex with stadium seating. Additional services include concessions ranging from quesadillas and popcorn shrimp to traditional popcorn, and a child care center for parents in need of a babysitter.

Other shops and Restaurants include Jillian's, a multi-dimensional entertainment venue, Puccini & Pasta, McGuinness Pub, Tower Records Music and Books, Ann Taylor Loft fashions, Gap and Gap Kids, Starbucks coffee, Mrs. Field's Bakery Café's, Dapy, Fat Tuesday, Hot Topic, Claire's, Breaking the Mold, Morgan Studio, Memphis Motor
Speedway and much more.

The Peabody Place Parking Facility is operated by Republic Parking System.
