Visitors to the Nordpark car park do not need a ticket to enter the facility. They are welcomed by high-quality entervo signs and can make cashless payments at the pay stations or via entervo Smart Web Pay. The goal is to establish the car park as an online product for Borussia home matches and other major events.

One of the standout features at this location is the adjacent Aral fast-charging park with 28 charging points, which includes a modern, unmanned lounge with a shop that is available 24/7.
