The latest partnership between SpotHero and TIBA will see integrations and shared data power inventory, pricing and access solutions to improve occupancy rates and drive more revenue for parking operators.

This long-term partnership introduces a standardized process for implementing online reservations and joint product yield management via TIBA’s powerful parking API, SmartConnect, SpotHero’s parking mobility platform and SpotHero’s network of high-demand off-street facilities across 300 markets in the U.S. and Canada.

SpotHero and TIBA will leverage TIBA’s Bluetooth technology, ParkBlue, to power easy one-tap redemption, eliminating the need for drivers to roll down their windows to present an access credential. The advanced access capability, coupled with yield management and 360 degree insights, lays the foundation for operators to process drive-up payments for drivers today, and seamless access and payments for fleets and autonomous vehicles in the near future, as the urban mobility ecosystem continues to evolve.
