Mobile Applications allow for Efficient Enforcement

Euro Parking Services was able to issue a significant number of Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) using Unity5’s Mobile Application. The mobile application supports parking wardens and self-ticketers by providing important features such as:

To ensure accurate documentation, photographic evidence is captured through smartphones when parking terms and conditions are breached. The admin team processes PCNs by communicating with the DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency) via Zatpark to obtain registered keeper details. If the charges remain unpaid, an automated recovery letter is initiated.
