The role

As a Customer Care Representative, you are part of a team of friendly colleagues in an international environment. You will be responsible for providing our customers with a professional service, high availability and flexibility. You will primarily work with B2C and B2B customers on the Danish market.

You will contribute and make a difference through: Answering incoming calls and e-mails from private customers and companies Sparring with colleagues in the team Actively working with customer onboarding, customer loyalty and win-back Administration/Back office tasks Input to improve your and customers' everyday life.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in customer service and enjoys working in a team environment. In addition, you are a social team player with a feeling for a professional customer experience and independent at the same time. Your background

We do not believe that one size fits all, but a successful candidate may have the following:

  • Have previous work experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Feel motivated by working together with others towards common goals
  • Written and spoken fluent English and Danish.
  • Danish as a mother tongue is preferred. Knowledge of other languages is a plus, but not a must.
  • Courage to make own decisions and create good customer experiences.
  • Adaptability in a changeable everyday life

This role is based at EasyPark's office in Copenhagen SW.
