The Role

As a Product Manager for the Acquisition Domain, you will be part of the 8 person strong Acquisition team at EasyPark Group ensuring that new users can easily sign up and onboard to the world-class parking app experience, as well as that our 30+ million monthly active users can smoothly and safely login whenever at their convenience across 25+ countries globally.

The acquisition domain is crucial in the user experience because it's how customers first encounter the app. This initial interaction significantly influences whether users choose to engage with the app or abandon it without further exploration.

The Product and Technology organization comprises over 450 skilled specialists in product, engineering, design, and analytics. They are located in Stockholm, Amsterdam, Basingstoke, Tallinn, and Atlanta.

What you’ll be doing

As a Product Manager at EasyPark Group, you'll collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team consisting of engineers, product designer, and a product analyst. Together, you will develop and deliver products and features essential to the daily routines of our 30 million+ monthly active users worldwide.

As a product manager, you are expected to possess deep knowledge of the customer, the business, the data, and the market.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the quality of products within your responsibility and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent products to our users.
  • Be a strong representative for product and user-centric perspectives in the day to day work.
  • Become highly knowledgeable about the product domain, competition, and local markets. Act as the primary expert on the product(s).
  • Lead product discovery to understand and address user needs and problems. Ensure that selected products and features to build are valuable, usabile, feasible, and viable.
  • Empower and inspire team members to take ownership of key problem-solving.
  • Effectively communicate the progression of the product beyond the product team, ensuring clarity and understanding among all stakeholders. Proactively manage stakeholder expectations to foster alignment and achieve shared objectives.
  • Collect and share requirements, input, bug reports, and feedback with the team.
  • Maintain team focus and prioritize tasks. Keep a prioritized product backlog and roadmap to build and maintain a product and platform meeting user and business needs, ensuring security, stability, and scalability.
  • Establish clear metrics/ KPIs and processes to track the success of deliveries, features, and the core product(s). Proactively monitor product data analytics, identifying, tracking, and acting on deviations to optimize product experience and funnels continuously.
  • Manage the entire product life cycle, including determining when it's necessary to sunset relevant functionality, services, or products.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Product Management, having worked with Tech or SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Curiosity - You ask why, you explore, you are comfortable with the ambiguity, and possess a hunger to learn and a seeker of new challenges.
  • Strong communicator and influencer - You communicate complex ideas clearly regardless of your audience both in written and verbal form.
