DESIGNA Upgrading Parking Experience at Joondalup Health Campus, Australia

Out with the old, in with the new. DESIGNA has delivered the ticketless parking technology for the new Multideck Car Park at Joondalup Health Campus (Ramsay Health) close to Perth, Australia.

DESIGNA is thrilled to work closely with Ramsay by providing a full ticketless parking experience for hospital visitors and staff.

We installed the new CONNECT Series, providing the Campus with our state-of-the-art-products.

DESIGNA installed a Ticketless system with a gateless 'Free Flow' entry, which allows visitors to enter the parking facilities seamlessly without physical gates or barriers. Vehicles can enter without stopping, which can help reduce congestion.

Building on this 'pay by plate' pay stations, self-managed conflict handling and plate correction services are part of the installation. Since a physical ticket is no longer needed for this, visitors can make payments based on their vehicle's license plate information. Our software supports them if any questions come up during this process.

Gated exits providing payment options or 'windows up' exiting were also added as an alternative.
The DESIGNA solution will allow all users to use multiple access identifiers and payment methods, including web validations and QR Coupons.
